I have a new photo book, Walks in the Neighborhood: Pandemic Lockdown 2020. (I will be changing the subtitle.) This book showcases 60 of my favorite photographs of flora and fauna during the pandemic. When the coronavirus appeared in Hawaii in March, 2020, the local beaches were blocked from access for a month. Since I usually swim in the ocean for my morning exercise and pleasure, I started walking in my neighborhood. I was only carrying my iPhone, and it was a glorious spring, with so many flowers and plants. I was delighting in all that there was to see while walking, beauty that I had missed when driving at a faster speed. As a a photographer, I couldn’t resist taking photos with my iPhone 11 Pro camera. I was really impressed with the quality (actually too sharp!) and added a Topaz filter to soften and bring out the beauty I experienced when I was photographing. You can order the printed or ebook at

I traveled to Egypt for a month in March 2022, and I have posted some of the photographs from the trip (I took 3500 photos) in the gallery. A trip of a lifetime, truly spectacular. Prints are available for sale through either the website link to Bay Photo Lab, or you can order signed watercolor paper prints directly from me.
