Infrared, Photoshop, & Polaroid/Fuji Transfer Workshops Plus Hawaii Photo Tours
I have been exploring more digital infrared photography and Photoshop techniques, and am offering them in Hawaii, and wherever else that I teach. I have been teaching Beginning Photoshop for Photographers since 2004, and will continue to teach this course online through www.BetterPhoto.com. And I have been doing private and small group photo tours--photographing special places in Hawaii (already included in the Women's Photography Retreats).

Hawaii Women's Photography Retreat next Winter
The 7-day Women's Photography Retreats that I have been leading during the last few years have been absolutely wonderful. I'll have another one February 19-26, 2011. The combination of photographing, and then working creatively with the images we've photographed, is very exciting and fulfilling. Private Sessions
In addition to the workshops I teach, private sessions are available in my studio. We can create a custom format so that you can choose exactly what you want to learn--digital infrared, basic photography, using digital cameras, Photoshop, Polaroid/Fuji transfers, handcoloring,etc. Sharing a private session is also possible.

I also offer photo tours of Hawaii from 1/2 day to 3 days (Big Island) with instruction and critiques, or just the tour (can also be shared). Hot News item!
Wonderful news about the revival/reinvention of Polaroid integral film! The Netherlands plant was leased for 10 years by an Austrian artist and businessman who is bringing the film back for art's sake! He hired 11 of the original Polaroid team, and is working with Ilford. He dubbed it The Impossible Project and wants others to get involved. The latest news is that a manipulable black and white integral film is being produced, with a color version available later in the year. And Polaroid is making a new SX-70 camera.
